Food Service Supervisor wanted Job Details: Permanent, Full time, $16.5/hour, 35 Hours / Week, Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and English are required. Two years to less than five years experience preferred. Employment Conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night. Free Meal Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Hire food service staff; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Manage, supervise and coordinate activities of waitresses and waiters and/or counter attendant; Check inventory, order supplies from different places; Explain Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine to new customers; Deal with customer complaints.
