SYK Enterprises Ltd. dba Yama Sushi is looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager. We are located in North Vancouver, BC. Business Information Business Name: Yama Sushi Business Address: 1232 Ross Road, North Vancouver, BC V7J 2A2 Conditions Position: Restaurant Manager Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~35 hours a week) Wage: $25.00/hour Main Duties: – Plan and organize the operations of a hall and kitchen or other food service – Analyze operating cost and plan it efficiently – Determine type of services to be offered – Responsible for staff training – Manage staff work schedules and monitor staff performance – Make sure arrangements with suppliers are in good position – Arrange for catering, banquets and promote them – Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, operational procedures or cost whenever necessary – Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Requirements: – Min 3 years of experience in food service with some supervisory experience – High school diploma or higher – Able to work in evening and Weekends – Able to communicate in English – Has good time management and supervising skills
