Salary: $32.00 to $34.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job Requirements:
Specific Skills
• Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas,
• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities,
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers,
• Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products,
• Conduct analytical marketing studies,
• Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends,
• Generate and manage short term and long term leads from internal and external referral sources to qualify prospects
• Develop portfolio of marketing materials,
• Evaluate customer service and store environments,
• Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to enhance business development,
• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions,
• Develop marketing strategies,
• Develop & establish new freight/ cargo business from overseas shippers for Canada
• Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place,
• Develop and implement business plans,
• Identify and solicit potential clients,
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
• Manage marketing data using applicable sales management systems and tools to maximize efficiency and analyze data/marketing activity on a weekly basis.
