Job location     :          1405 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7T 1B8

Job Position      :          Cook, Permanent, Full-Time Position

Wage               :          $16.00~18.00/hr, Working 30~40 hours per week

Starting Date     :          As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook complete Japanese style meals such as sashimi, sushi, rolls from the menu

– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.

– Ensure maintenance of food temperatures, inventories and equipment

– Maintain work area clean and organized food preparation areas as the safety standards

– Checking and maintaining food inventory stock

Job requirement:

• 2 years of Commercial Cooking experience
• High school graduation or higher
• Able to communicate in English
