Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
-Completion of secondary school
-Minimum 3 year of cook experience
-English

Duties:
– Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.
– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.
– Assist in creating new menus.
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Control the inventory on a regular basis.
– Clean and organize cooking equipment and work area.
