Education: Secondary school 

Work Experience: 2 year of cooking  experience

Job duties: 

• Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes and foods

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work area

• Mexican food cooking experience is an asset

• Experience preparing sauces 

• Prepare dishes for people with allergies 

• Follows original recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
