 Requirements

·         Completion of high school

·         A College program/Diploma in cooking or food safety is an asset

·         Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-working environment 

·         Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekend)

Responsibilities

·         Prepare and cook full course Indian meals including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes                                                                                                                              

·         Execute all preparation of food items as per the restaurant menu

·         Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Supervise kitchen helpers

·         Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment

·         Maintain kitchen and work area clean
