We are looking for 1(One) Permanent Full-time Cook(Sushi) position.

Umai Sushi is a Japanese restaurant providing traditional Japanese cuisines.

Job Title: Cook (Sushi)

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full-Time & permanent position)

Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation OR 4% of vacation pay

Job vacancies: 1 x Full-Time job

Requirement:

– Completion of Secondary School

– Minimum 2 years of cook experiences

– English

Duties:

– Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.

– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

– Assist creating new menus and sauces.

– Clean kitchen area.
