Central West Foods Inc. DBA Burger King located at #101-1023 Central Street West Prince George, BC V2N 3C9 is looking for full time Food service supervisor.
Type: Permanent/ Full-time
Position Available: 01
Salary: $17.00/hour
Benefits: Relocation Cost covered by the employer.
Job Duties:
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets
- May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Job Requirements:
1) Completion of secondary school is an asset.
2) Completion of college program in food service or related discipline is an asset.
3) 01 to less than 02 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
