Hairstylist

Salon JK Hair Ltd. dba Salon JK Hair located in Vancouver is looking for an experienced and skilled Hairstylist.

Conditions:

·         Position: Hairstylist

·         Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent Position (30 – 40 hours per week)

·         Hourly Wage: $17.00 – $19.00 /hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)

·         Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary

·         Position Available: 1

Requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school.

·         Experience: Minimum 3 years of hairstylist experience.

·         English is required

Job Duties:

·         Recommend proper hairstyles to clients based on their instructions, preferences, and hair conditions

·         Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair

·         Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to color, frost or streak hair

·         Perform hair extensions

·         Shampoo and rinse hair with providing scalp massage

·         Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair

·         May perform receptionist duties and order supplies
