Job duties
- Supervises daily operations of the front desk
- Manage reservations and accurately provide inventory on a daily basis
- Assists with check-ins and check-outs at the front desk; while consistently maintaining high level of service Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of hotel clerks
- Handles guest comments and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest needs are met
- Assign and review the work of the front desk, and co-ordinate activities with other departments
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Wage
– Wage for this position ranges $17 – $23 dependent on experience
– Vacation pay
