Description

We are looking for Inventory Control Supervisors for “Ontario Potato Dist. (Alliston) Inc. 1991” located at 6735 12th Line, Alliston, ON L9R 1W1, Canada.

No. of positions – 5

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Supervise inventory control operations and teams according to the company policies.
  • Maintain inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations.
  • Plan work schedules for the workers and ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Maintain inventories of materials, parts, and products.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the business.
  • Resolve any work-related issues and manage the progress of the workers through reports.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Request supplies and materials and coordinate with other departments.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisors

 

Prerequisites:

Education:                               High School or equivalent

Experience & Skills:               1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

 

 

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
