Julia Lawson is seeking a F/T Home Child Care Provider.

Position Info:

·         Position: Home Child Care Provider

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $15.20~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 763 14th Street East, North Vancouver, BC V7L 2P3

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Children's Ages:

·         1 Infant

·         1 Kindergarten age (4 years)

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and organize mealtimes for children

·         Supervise children’s safety

·         Preparing formulas and changing diapers for an infant

·         Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties relating to the children’s areas

·         Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

·         Ensure that children have enough activity, rest, and playtime by developing schedules and routines

·         Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interests

·         Take a child to and from school and organize activities such as games and outing

·         Tend to emotional well-being of children

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1-2 years of experience in childcare or household management experience is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
