Description

– Keep record of the quantities of food used, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
– Take customer orders, Serve customers at counter, stock refrigerators.
– Package take-out food, use manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food.
– Place dishes in storage area, Scour pots and pans, sanitize and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
– Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
– Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
– Remove kitchen garbage an trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, handle and store cleaning products.
– Sharpen kitchen knives.
– Replenish condiments an other supplies at tables and serving areas
– Carrying and replace linen
– Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
– Clear and clean tables, an clean tables, trays, and chairs, load buspans, and trays.
