Work Location – Squamish, BC

Wage Rate – $ 16 per hour

Job Type – Permanent/ Full time

Start Date – as soon as possible

Language – English

Education – No education required

Experience –No experience required. On job training will be provided. 

Job Duties –

·      Learns to adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters and steam kettles.

·      Helps measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment

·      Washes, peels, cuts and shreds fruits and vegetables and fruits using both manual and electric instruments.

·      Stock refrigerators and salad bars 

·      Package take-out food  

·      Wash dishes manually and Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

·      Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, appliances, and equipment. Store and organize cleaning supplies with care.

·      Clean kitchen floor by sweeping, moping, or washing.

·      Removes garbage from assigned areas from the kitchen.

·      Receive, unpack, and store inventory.
