Education and Experience:
A College Diploma is required
3 years of work experience in managing a marketing team is required
Must be a caring leader who builds trust and engagement among staff
Ability to think creatively and critically
Excellent organizational skills and adaptive capacity
Proven communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with people from various backgrounds
Must be willing to work at weekends and holidays as required by business needs

We are now seeking a permanent full-time Marketing Manager for our team.
Develop, implement, and evaluate hotel-specific short-term and long-term marketing strategies
Plan and coordinate advertising and promotion campaigns in support of strategic sales plans
Work closely with hotel department leaders, seek proactive opportunities and planned promotions to increase brand awareness
Develop promotional concepts as needed to boost levels of occupancy
Oversee and supervise the production of marketing materials for specific events
Manage and control marketing budgets by using resources effectively
Develop potential strategic partner relationships, negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners
Work with local third-party partners, including local media, and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance
Recruit, interview, educate, and train marketing team
