Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.00~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 24 12 Street NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1Y3

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes and foods
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Supervise and monitor kitchen helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Order and monitor kitchen supplies
• Ensure kitchen and food prep area clean and sanitized
• Plan menus, decide the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
• May involve in hiring and training kitchen staff

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
