Job Description-
Maple Leaf Indian Cuisine Ltd. is looking for one full time Restaurant Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Duties- The candidate must perform the following duties:-
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Monitor food preparation and methods.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies as instructed by the restaurant owner.
• Monitor Restaurant’s revenues and expenses.
• Develop marketing strategies with utilizing social media networks.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Job requirements-
• Completion of secondary school.
• Two to three years of experience service in restaurant is required.
