Jang Mo Jib Korean Restaurant is looking for full time Restaurant Manager

Employer: Jang Mo Jib Korean Restaurant
Job Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent
Work Location: 1575 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C3
Salary Rate: $25.00 per hour / 30~35 Hours per week
Start date: As soon as possible

Main duties:
– Organize and plan the operations of restaurant including a hall and kitchen
– Plan and determine type of services to be offered
– Hire staff, set staff schedules and responsible for and oversee staff training
– Monitor staff performance
– Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices or cost
– Resolve customer complaints
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Make arrangements with suppliers

Requirement:
– 3 years or higher of experience in food service including supervisory experience
– Able to work in evening and Weekends
– Able to communicate in English
– No minimum education is required
