RJ&C Salon and Spa services Ltd. located at 680 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 0B5 is hiring for (1) one position of Salon & Spa supervisor.
Duration/Type: Full Time, 40 hours a week
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Other Benefits: None; other in accordance with Ontario employment standards act.
Vacation: 4 % of the gross salary
Hours of Work: 40 Hours a week. Overtime applicable at the rate of 1.5 after 44 hours of work per week
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of salon and spa
- Supervise schedule work hours, assign duties and resolving customer problems
- Examine quality of work and production output of services offered
- Providing orientation and training new staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Make sure equipment and machinery is up to date in good conditions, and if required arrange for maintenance and repair work
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Education: Secondary high school
