Shop Easy Foods is seeking F/T Meat Cutters.

Position Info:

• Position: Meat Cutter – Retail
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $15.00~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 40 Cypress Avenue, Saint Claude, MB, R0G 1Z0

Job Duties:

• Cut, clean, trim, weigh and package meat for sale at self-serve counters or according to individual customer’s orders.
• Grind and slice meat using powered equipment such as grinders and slicing machines.
• Maintain, adjust and sharpen cutting equipment.
• Prepare, maintain, and rotate product displays for retail counters.
• Maintain records of sales and order supplies
• Shape, lace, tie or wrap roasts and other meats.
• Ensure food storage and work area are clean and meet sanitation standards.

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Language: English
