Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 6-1701 Douglas St, Victoria, BC V8W 0C1

Benefits:

• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepares an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• Ensure the production of high-quality merchandise
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Oversee Kitchen operation
• Ensure staff is thoroughly trained on each menu item
• May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staff

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
