Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $19.85~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 73463 Bluewater Highway, Zurich, ON N0M 2T0

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising
- Assign employees to duties and establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests or complaints
- Involve in hiring and training new sales staff, and monitor staff performance
- Ensure the maintenance of the store, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
- May perform key holding and managerial duties
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
