V.S.S. FOOD SERVICES INC. DBA SUBWAY Located at Unit 178, 1440 52 ST NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2A 4T8 is looking for full-time/Permanent Food service supervisors to join the company as soon as possible.
Position Available: 01
Salary: $18.50/hour
Type: Permanent/ Full-time
Language: English

JOB DUTIES:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
• May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Job Requirements:
• Some secondary school education is an asset.
• 2 to less than 3 year of experience in relevant field is required.
