Operations Manager, maintenance

Job Title: Operations Manager, maintenance (NOC: 0714)

Employer: Tri Province Enterprises 1984 Ltd.

Location:  Moncton, NB E1A 3A5

Wage: $39.50 /hr for 40 hrs per week

Vacancy:  1 vacancy

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English or French

Education

• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3 years to less than 5 years

Duties:

·       Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility

·       Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services

·       Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal

·       Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs

·       Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems, Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff

·       Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
