Burnaby, British Columbia, V5H 4M1 is looking to hire a permanent and full-time Retail Store Supervisor as soon as possible.
Type: Permanent/Full-time
Position: 1
Wage: $22.00 /hour
Benefits: Relocation Cost covered by the employer.
Job Duties:
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise and supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is an asset.
• Relevant experience of 1 to less than 2 years is required.
