Description
We are hiring for an experienced “Retail Store Supervisor” for Circle K located at 190 Queen St E St. Marys, ON N4X 1A1 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Authorize, Organize and maintain inventory stock and sell merchandise.
- Maintain good working relationship with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, offering promotions and resolving customer complaints.
- Examine products to ensure that they are fresh, properly stocked and labeled.
- Monitor Fuel deliveries and price changes based on local competition.
- Manage schedule, assign specific duties and monitor performance of staff.
- Hire and train new employees, establish work schedules and enforce safety, health and security rules.
- Report to manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis, regarding sales, inventory, Cash reconciliation and customer feedback.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 20 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
