Work Experience: 4 years experience
Job Duties:
– Work on sloped roofs
– Install asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, metal roofing and other roofing products on new roofs and renovation work
– Install roof flashings and custom sheet metal work
– Work with hand and power tools is required
– Safe and competent
– Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
– Install various types of roofing material on new residential and renovations as required
Job Requirements:
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Must possess excellent customer service skills
– Time management skills are required
– Able to handle weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
– Able to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment-able to work at heights
– Be able to plan and organize job tasks
– Able to preform service repairs on roofs as needed
– Clean drivers abstract
– Safety tickets required include: CSTS and Fall Protection
– Able to read and speak English
