Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate operations,

- Determine type of services offered, implement operational procedures

recruit, train and supervise staff

Balance Cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

conduct performance reviews, cost products and services
-
enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislations and regulations
-
organize and maintain inventory
-
monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- participate in marketing plans and implementation
- develop, implement and analyze budgets
- set staff work schedules/monitor staff performance and
- address customers’ complaints and concerns
