Accepting resumes for a Line Cook to work at Vimy’s Lounge & Grill in beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park, AB for the Summer!. It’s the perfect place to view spectacular scenery, wildlife and enjoy outstanding outdoor recreational activities. 7 month contract to start with the opportunity to extend!
Staff housing is available for rent (fully furnished).

Job Duties
- A line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
- Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
- Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Must have 1 Year of Professional Kitchen Experience
Visa Requirements: Applicant must hold the proper work authorization to be legally eligible to work in Canada.
