• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Plan and oversee the type of services offered and establish standard operating procedures.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
• Create work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
• Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust prices or procedures as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange food and other necessary supplies.
• Provide customer service
