Compensation: $25-26.00/Hour, 32 to 35 hours per Week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 

Experience: 1-7 months 

Job Duties:  

• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring adherence to Travelodge by Wyndham policies and procedures. 

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for arriving guests. 

• Assist guests with smooth check-in and check-out processes. 

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and other common spaces. 

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently 

• Support seamless front desk operations by coordinating with other departments and keeping management informed of hotel activities and challenges. 

• Assist in staff training to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. 

• Ensure guests are assigned rooms that align with their preferences and requests while maintaining housekeeping accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. 

• Remain well-versed in hotel emergency protocols 

• Establish work schedules and procedures  

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
