Description
We are seeking an experienced Flat Lock Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of stretch fabrics and activewear construction. You will be responsible for creating flat, durable, and comfortable seams that are essential for our high-quality garments.

The Job Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain industrial flat lock sewing machines.
· Sew flat seams on stretch, knit, and activewear fabrics to prevent chafing and bulk.
· Thread machines, adjust tension settings, and replace needles to ensure consistent stitch quality.
· Inspect finished seams for defects, skipped stitches, or thread breakage.
· Meet daily production quotas while maintaining strict quality control standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Language: English required
· Education: Minimum high school diploma
· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience
· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Flat Lock Machine
· Work Skills & Attributes:
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
