The Job Key Responsibilities:
· Operate sewing machines equipped with specialized zipper feet.
· Install various types of zippers (invisible, exposed, molded plastic, metal) into garment openings.
· Ensure perfect alignment of zipper teeth and fabric edges so the garment lays flat and the zipper functions smoothly without catching.
· Sew close to the zipper coils without damaging the needle or the zipper mechanism.
· Verify that waistbands, collars, and horizontal seams match up perfectly across the closed zipper.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Language: English required
· Education: Minimum high school diploma
· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience
· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Single Needle Machine
· Work Skills & Attributes:
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
