Trocadero Cafe is expanding and looking for a new member to join our team.
The Job : Cafe Supervisor
Wage : $30.16/hour, 35 hours per week
Type of Employment : Full-Time/Permanent
Location : Dauphin, MB
Responsibilities
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer comlpaints/concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise 5-10 people food counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers
