Job Duties:

1. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
2. Supervise workers and projects.
3. Train workers or arrange for training as required.
4. Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient operations.
5. Ensure health and safety regulations and procedures are followed.
6. Recommend personnel actions when required.
7. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
8. Coordinate transportation and delivery-related activities and ensure scheduled operations are completed efficiently.

Supervision:

• 5-10 people
• Delivery drivers
• Transportation route and crew schedulers

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
