About the Position
Sundine Produce Inc. is seeking a motivated, experienced Food Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and organized food production activities.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1–2 years.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Language: English.
Main Duties:
- Evaluate daily production operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory records.
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machinery.
- Hire, supervise and train employees or oversee training on new equipment and production techniques.
- Plan and manage departmental budgets.
- Ensure production activities are properly coordinated and completed efficiently.
