We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team as our store expands to meet the needs of our niche and growing needs. The Store Supervisor is expected to lead by example, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role entails responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation of the store, contributing to its success and positive growth.

Roles and Responsibilties:
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Train or arrange for staff training.
- Order merchandizes to replenish inventory,
- Organize and manage inventory.
- Establish work schedules.
- Sell merchandize.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandize and personnel matters.
- Resolve problems that arise at the store, such as customer complaints, supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store workers.

Education Requirement: High School Graduation Certificate
