Our team at Clarion Lakeside Inn and Conference Centre is looking for a motivated and dedicated member to fill our Rooms Manager Position as soon as possible
Location: 470 First Avenue Street, Kenora, Ontario
Job Title : Rooms Manager
Wage: $37.74/hour , 40 hours per week plus medical/dental benefits
Job Duties :
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints and concerns
- Establish work schedules
- Assist clients'/guests' with special needs
- conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
Job Skills/Requirements:
- English communication skills
- Client focused
- Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Team Player
- Strong leadership , attention to detail, problem -solving
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related program is preferred
- 3-5 years in Hotel Operations preferably with focus on rooms division or housekeeping management
