Job Duties:
1. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
2. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
3. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
4. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
5. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
6. Maintain reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
7. Hire and train new personnel for sales; maintain reports for the same.
8. Maintain and follow proper health and safety standards, practice cleanliness and maintain proper store image and displays.
9. May perform managerial duties such as opening and closing of the store, handling escalated client complaints, and implementing new marketing strategies
