Capabilities and Credentials
* Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
* Technical degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution
* 1+ years experience installing, analyzing, and supporting Desktops, Laptops, periphery equipment and application software
* Strong understanding and aptitude for LAN interconnectivity concepts and Desktop computing security considerations
* Proficient in the configuration of desktop application packages such as Microsoft Office Suite of programs
* Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting PC hardware and software related problems

Responsibilities
* Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
* Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
* Give access to computer networks
* Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
* Provide customer service
* Manage incidents
* Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
* Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
* Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
