Wages: $19.00/hour
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation

Location of work: 8171 Ackroyd Road suite 100
Richmond, British Columbia V6X 3K1
Job duties:
• Prepare ingredients and make varieties of Chinese dishes
• Dim sum cook has to make dim sum, pastries etc.
• Determine the portion, plan menu and create new dishes/dim sums
• Manage the kitchen operation and handle rush hours
• Perform the job duties in accordance with the health and safety policies
• Train junior cooks/junior dim sum cooks and assigned them daily duties
• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications:
Minimum education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Minimum experience: 1-2 years’ related experience
