BEAUTIFUL NAILS ART & SPA is looking for a professional and enthusiastic supervisor in Kelowna, BC!

Position: Supervisor
Position Available: 1

Working Location: #2-110 Hollywood Road S, Kelowna, BC V1X 3S9

Wage: $21.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Job Status: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate staffs to daily job duties including open and close.
• Make deployments for staffs as the daily schedule.
• Record and maintain specified inventory and requisition supplies and materials.
• Train newly hired staff in job duties, promotions, safety procedures and company policies as manager’s or owner’s training plan.
• Ensure smooth operation and cleanliness of beauty equipment and tools, and arrange for maintenance and repair work, if it needs.
• Resolve work related problems and report it to manager or owner.
• May perform as staff, if needed.
• Help for scheduling appointments, if needed.

Requirements:
• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary School
• Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or related field
• Must be available to work at least 1 day on weekend
• Completion of nail technology course or any type of beauty & esthetics related course is an asset
