Job Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk Supervisor
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

You will be responsible for duties:
• Oversee daily work activities of the motel clerks (Front Desk).
• Establish work schedules and procedures are being followed.
• Resolve work-related problems between employees.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor and order the motel supplies.
• Inspect motel for cleanliness and appearance.
• Answer customer questions about the motel.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Help greet and register guest.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirement:
– Completion of high school
– At least 1 year’ front desk supervisor experience OR Several years of experience within the accommodation industry
– Ability to communicate in English
