Now Hiring for F/T & Permanent Butcher position!

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay

Number of Position: 1 position

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Your job duties will be:

– Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, using butcher’s cutlery or powered equipment.

– Wrap and package prepared cuts of meat for wholesale.

– Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards.

– Keep work area clean, neat, and organized.

– May train other butchers or meat cutters.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year related work experience or completion of meat cutting training college.

– Completion of High School
– English
