Position: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $40 – $42 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits:

4% vacation pay
Bluecross Benefit after 3 months of probation
Job Duties:

Provide HR assistance and respond to HR related inquiries
Plan and develop human resources policies and labour relations strategies
Recruit, train and oversee staff
Co-ordinate general Human Resources communications to all staff in a clear and concise manner
Ensure HR policies and processes are being followed
Advise employers and staff on human resources policy interpretations, benefits programs, and compensation
Work closely with employers and employees to resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve compliance, productivity, and safety
Support employees with their career development and performance management efforts
Manage accurate and up to date human resources information and related records systems in compliance with applicable legislation
Modify existing policies on employee benefit and safety practices when needed
Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes
Research salary scaled and maintain updated job descriptions
Co-ordinate employee performance and assessment programs
Employment Requirements:

A university degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field
Experience Requirement:

2~3 years of relevant experience
Language Requirement:
