Bodega on Main is Vancouver's best Spanish Tapas Bar and Lounge serving traditional Spanish cuisine from our family recipes.

Working Hours: 30-40hrs per week, 5 days a week, may have to work overtime if needed 

Work Shift: It can be daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays 

Wage: $16.25 ~ 18.00 per hour 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Positions Available: 3  

Main duties:

• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Ensure food quality in presentation and production,
• Monitor and order supplies,
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
• Order supplies and equipment,
• Supervise kitchen helpers,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
• Assist in food prep assignments during off peak periods as needed,
• Clean kitchen and work areas,
• Oversee kitchen operations.

​​Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience
• English is required
• Be able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
