Job Description:

Assistant Bar Manager plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars and other food and beverage services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set work Schedule and assign work to the staff.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Assisting in the training of staff members.
• Ensure that the highest standards are maintained in terms of the service provided to guests and the training given to Staff.
• Supervising and assisting staff with any difficult encounter.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Completing all tasks on time that are handed out by the Bars Manager.
• Supervise and maintain inventory of stocks at the bar.
• Oversee cleanliness of staff and physical bar area.
• Review sales and beverage costs and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting. Ensure proper cash management.
•  Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Assist with product knowledge training and finding new and unique ideas on training on such products to increase sales and maximize up sell opportunities.
• Fully knowledgeable of all Food and Beverage products that are offered in the Establishment.
• Check inventory, order to supplier, handle sales and modify prices as needed.
• Assisting in opening and closing of the outlet ensure all tasks are complete before that shift may leave.
• To build positive relationships with clients/guests to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints
