– $18 – $25 an hour
– Permanent employment
– 5 days / 8hrs (weekends)

Your duties:
– schedule bicycle assembly
– plan staffing
– lead a team of bike assemblers to reach quality & delivery target
– guide the team to improve safety, quality, delivery and overall cost
– ensure quality by taking immediate and long term actions

About You:
– you can communicate in English
– self-sufficiently / high motivated
– entrepreneur mindset
– drive for improvement
– broad business understanding
– deal with conflicts in constructive manner
– demonstrate a high level of inter-personal aptitude

Your Qualifications:
– in-depth bike assembly knowledge
– ideally finished Shimano, SRAM, Trek, or Bosch courses
– well-founded bike specific product knowledge
– proven leadership skills
– experience in serial assembly operations
