Title of position: Cleaning Services Manager

Job duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the Cleaning Services department
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Hire, train and supervise staff.

This is a full-time position for 3 years and 30 hours per week (2 vacancies)

Wage: $23.20 per hour.

Skills/education requirements:

• completion of high school is required
• a college diploma or vocational certificate in Hotel Management is preferred
• one to three years of experience in the service being offered is preferred, including at least one year of supervisory experience

Good English language skills, a resumé and references are required.

A flexible attitude towards working hours, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings/nights, is expected.
